Parked in the rural south-Eifel in Germany, locals say the Luxembourgish owner last touched it well over two years ago. A sad little sap this one.

Isn’t the bourg a haven for sketchy money laundering and tax dodging types, connected to less than clean businesses? Maybe the owner is on an extended vacation, so to speak.
